Product Policy:

A Car Guys Garage is a one man operation. Each piece I produce in made by hand on my own personal machines. Using a manual lathe allows me to produce many options with I offer to you.

Wait time for any product can range from 1-10 days. When you order is placed it gets put to the end of the line. Depending on what else you would like done to it, it could take a little longer.

If you want your order expedited there will be a small fee for this. As you are not the only one ordering I must do so and charge accordingly.

 

Order Cancellation:

All orders can be cancelled at no charge IF I haven’t begun producing it yet.

If the product is already made and you still want to cancel a $20 cancellation fee will be charged only if I agree.

 

Warranty:

All products are tested for fitment Before I ship. All shift knobs will be threaded as per manufactures specs. If for any reason the rod has been changed or damaged responsibility falls back on the purchaser.

If your product does not cleanly and easily screw into place STOP and contact me immediate with pictures or even a video. If you damage the threads because of negligence this falls back on the customer.

Any complications must be brought to my attention immediately through email or message. Normal wear will occur on all products/objects in today’s world, even my products. None of my products are warranted against wear and tear, scratches, nicks, paint damage, or any other damage incurred by missuse
or accidental occurrences. If you wear jewelry this will increase the risk of damaging your product.

If for any reason the product does not meet your satisfaction please contact me first. I do my best to ensure the product was created as discussed and ordered. I will work with you to fix the issues if infact I made a mistake.

If you would like to make changes to your product after you have received it I would be glad to do so.

However it won’t be free. A small fee will be applied to do so. Also if over time the product you purchased needs refinishing contact me to discuss rates.

Returns:

If you order an item and would like to return it shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Also a $20 return fee will be charged to you. Given the nature of the return you may apply the $20 return fee to a new product only if I agree to it.

Any item returned for refund will be inspected first before a refund will be granted. I DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING so please keep that in mind.

Returns will only be issued through PayPal

 

Release from Liability:

Through this website www.acarguysgarage.com and the purchase of any products from this site, the CUSTOMER (for himself, his personal representative, heirs, assigns and next of kin) hereby release, waives and discharges NOT TO SUE A Car Guys Garage or its owner Zenon Matusiak (Herein referred to as “the
releasees”). The CUSTOMER agrees to release the releasees from any and all liability to the customer,his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the customer arising out of or related to the use of this product, through negligence or otherwise.

All product misuses will void all warranties, expressed or implied.
